Content is not publishing to Stoplight after git pull

Issue:

• Content is not publishing to Stoplight after git pull
• After creating a document and publishing the document does not show in the API docs

Cause:

• Table of contents file has not been updated

Resolution:

1. Edit the project
2. Locate the toc.json file and edit it
3. Add the document in the section you would like it to appear
4. Publish
5. Return to the workspace and check to see if the document is there
