For Users:
- Do guests need a stoplight account? Yes
- Do guests only have access to the projects they are invited to? Yes they can only view projects they've been invited to and public docs
- Will viewers automatically have access to all projects or do they need to be invited to them all? Yes, they will have access to view all projects automatically
- As long as a user has a Guest membership, they will never see the members list nor will access anything on the platform without having been invited actively? Yes, Guests will not see other member information. Nor can they access the share dialog and cannot invite other guests
- Are Guests are per project or per workspace? Per project
- Is username or email (or either) required for inviting Guest accounts? If the Guest does not already have a stoplight account set up, then the email is required. If they already have an established account then you can invite them by username
- Why am I getting an error trying to update my guest's project permissions?
- Why does my member not get an email when I change their project permissions?
- Why can I not update the project permissions for a member with view or higher on my project?
For Agents:
- Where can I find the member cap that an enterprise account has set? Members and Guests Limits
- User is getting an error adding a member that says they have reached the max members but they only have "x" amount of members (less than their cap): Pending requests count toward the members cap. Check the pending + member total, if it exceeds or meets their member cap they will need to remove some pending requests
