This article discusses how to enable public access to Stoplight, which allows unauthenticated users to view all public APIs and documentation.
A Note on Security
Please note that enabling anonymous access will give anyone who can connect to your Stoplight instance access to all public content stored within Stoplight. This can include documentation, API specifications, JSON Schema models, and more.
Please use caution before enabling this option, especially if Stoplight is accessible to the global internet.
To enable public access, you must be a Stoplight administrator.
Enabling Public/Anonymous Access
Public access controls are accessible from the "Global" configuration section of the Stoplight Site Administration panel.
While logged into Stoplight, navigate to the "Site Admin" view using the menu at the top-right of the screen. From the Site Admin view, navigate to "Global" using the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, toggle the "Allow Anonymous Users" option.
